Shameka draws from her own professional journey to help leaders thrive with less sacrifice. In 1999, she began her career in advertising as a junior copywriter and ascended to Group Creative Director in New York City ad agencies.

Since 2019, she has focused on high-impact executive coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. Her superpower is helping leaders navigate professional ambitions and personal well-being, to achieve optimal success.

Shameka is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Syracuse University. She later earned her master’s degree from the VCU Brandcenter and her executive coaching certification from Columbia University. She is also a certified practitioner of the Neethling Brain Instruments® (NBI®,) Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS) and the Hogan HPI, HDS and MVPI assessments.
